Riff Raff Sleep Toys are currently offering HTV personalisation on our plush toys. Personalisation can be purchased at the time of ordering for $15.95.
Our service is limited to 12 letters and can include hearts, stars or moons. The colours currently for offer are Metallic Silver, Rose Gold, Sky Blue, Black and Hot Pink. The entire name and symbols are printed in one colour only. Alternating colours are not available.
Metallic Gold has now been discontinued.
The Font we use is Architects Daughter and the letters sit 1.5 inches high on the blanket. Please see a sample of the font attached below. We recommend the regular combination of capital at the beginning of the name, with the following letters in lowercase as shown by the word 'Penultimate' but you can select all uppercase letter as shown by 'SCHADENFREUDE' if you wish to.
Shipping Personal Pals within Australia-
Allow up to 4 Business days for the completion and dispatch of your order.
Adding Express Ship does not void this dispatch time. Express ship just ensures the postie will get it to you faster once complete.
All customers have a 24 hour window to make any changes to your Personalisation choice before the toy begins this process.

Local Pick up of Personalised Pals-
Local Pick up orders are processed in the same time frame as shipped orders. Please allow 7 business days between placing your order and being notified it is ready for collection.
T&C's in relation to personalisation
1. Due to the uniqueness of every babies name, spell checking is YOUR responsibility. Spelling is such a sensitive topic for some and we are no longer able to follow up if we think something may be incorrect due to a typo. We will cut and press what is on the order which will mean no exchange or refund will apply to your pal if you have typed something incorrectly. So please check the spelling before finalising your order
Important: Due to the permanent nature of HTV any purchase of a Riff Raff sleep toy that is personalised is excluded from 'change of mind' returns policy. The plush toy and your sound box are of course still covered through our normal warranty policy.
2. Please note this is NOT embroidery. Our personalisation is actioned using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl).
3. The Personalisation vinyl on your pal is not covered by warranty. Please see our Washing and Caring Guide to ensure the longevity of the name.
4. Please note that we do not issue replacements for change of mind on how the font looks so please choose wisely.
