Any orders placed before 11am (AEDT) Monday - Friday will be fulfilled and DELIVERED the same day **EXCLUDING Personalisation orders.
Order by 4pm and receive your personalised pal the NEXT business DAY.
Any orders placed after 11am (ADET) will be fulfilled and DELIVERED the NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Same Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday only and not available on Victorian public holidays.
Our external Courier Partner GOPEOPLE will send you notifications via email and text until it reaches the destination. Please use the link you are provided with to follow your orders journey.
Same Day Delivery is guaranteed between 1pm- 5pm only. No AM option is available. No exact time between 1pm-5pm can be selected.
On occasion your order could arrive later than 5pm. In this rare situation, you will be able to track your orders journey via the link you are provided with.
Same Day Delivery is not available to PO Boxes or AusPost Lockers.
Once your order has left our HQ, no changes such as addresses can be made.
This is a contactless service. If you're not home we will leave your parcel in a safe place and you will be notified of this. Proof of Delivery photographs are taken by the driver when the item is delivered
By placing your order, you are agreeing to have your parcel left in a safe place on the property.
Please use the Notes section when placing your order for any specific delivery notes. Eg. "Please leave in the drive way behind the planter box if no one home" or "Please leave at reception"
What will happen if the courier can not leave your order in a safe place?
Your order will be returned to our HQ if there is nowhere suitable for it to be left out of the weather, if there is a locked gate with NO access to the property or if no one is available to sign for your order at apartment complexes. No further attempt of delivery will be made that day. You will be required to collect your parcel from our HQ at no further charge, opt to ship your parcel at a shipping fee or required to pay a further $15.00 for Same Day Delivery which will be actioned the next business day.
Riff Raff Baby will not be help responsible or liable for your order left in a safe place.
