We fulfil all INTERNATIONAL orders Monday to Friday from our Australian dispatch centre via Australian Post.
Orders placed before 8:00 am AEDT will be dispatched on the same day. Personalised products require 5 business days between order placement and dispatch.
Standard International $18.00 AUD with tracking.
The estimated delivery time is 15-21 business days to most locations. This option uses your countries postal service once it passes customs. You can use your tracking number and link to track your parcel.
Express International $28.00 AUD with tracking.
The estimated delivery time is 7-10* days to most locations.

Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. Riff Raff Baby is not liable for any lost parcels.
We encourage you to lodge a claim via your local postal system if your parcel is delayed.
If you are sending an order overseas as a gift, we recommend making the giftee aware the parcel is coming to ensure the item is delivered safely.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
If your parcel is delivered and stolen from your door, please lodge a report with your local police department. We are not liable for stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES
All orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient whether they be the person who ordered the item or receiving a gift, of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Riff Raff Baby IS NOT LIABLE for this charge and you have not paid tax prior to receiving the item.
We now capture VAT on all orders to the United Kingdom. The recipient will not pay Import Tax to receive their order.
