What is the Very Important Parents Loyalty Program? Very Important Parents is our loyalty program that rewards our customers for shopping and connecting with Riff Raff Baby. Rewards include exclusive coupons you can redeem at checkout, as a thank you for your loyalty to our Riff Raff Baby brand.
Can I join Very Important Parents? Currently, Very Important Parents is available to all customers who shop on the AU Store au.riffraffbaby.com.
How does Very Important Parents work? As a registered Very Important Parents member, each time you shop and connect with Riff Raff Baby you’ll earn points which will build up in your account over time. Once you hit a certain level of points, you will receive rewards coupons as a thank you for supporting Riff Raff Baby. You can opt to use these rewards at anytime upon checkout. You can earn points for every dollar spent on our site (excluding for the purchase of NQR & Limited Edition products), and for completing various actions, such as creating an account, sharing your birthday with us, and signing up to our newsletter. What are the Very Important Parents tiers? There are 3 Tiers in which you can find yourself as a Very Important Parent member. Every purchase or connection you make with Riff Raff Baby contributes to how many points you earn and in turn, determines your Very Important Parent Tier.
Tier 1: Mummas and daddas who are just starting out on their Riff Raff journey.
Tier 2: Mummas and daddas who are making the most of their Riff Raff experience.
Tier 3: Die hard Riff Raff fans!

When do I move up a tier? Tiers are determined by how much you spend. You’ll move up to the next tier when you hit the required spend amount for each tier. Spend requirements as follows:
Tier 1: $0 - $89.99
Tier 2: $90 - $164.99
Tier 3: $165.00+
How do I know what tier I am in? We will automatically email you as you reach a new tier level and detail the new set of awards that you are eligible for!
Can I ever lose my tier status? No! Once you reach a new spend milestone, you will remain in that tear forever.
How do I sign up to the Very Important Parents Loyalty Program? Registering is free and easy via the ‘Sign In / Register’ section of the main menu on our website. Please note, the email address you choose when creating your account is used as your membership ID and will not be able to be changed after doing so. It is your responsibility to ensure you consistently use the same account and membership ID every time you earn points on our website.
Do I need to join Very Important Parents if I am already a Riff Raff customer? Is my previous spend included prior to joining? All Riff Raff Baby customers who have a registered website account automatically become a Very Important Parents member. If you have chosen checkout as a Guest, you will need to create an account here to get started on your points earning journey. Unfortunately, au.riffraffbaby.com purchases made prior to Very Important Parents launch will not be honoured as points. You will be able to earn points for every qualifying purchase you make moving forward, however.
Will I receive emails from Riff Raff Baby if I am Very Important Parents member? Yes, you’ll receive correspondence from us at various stages throughout your membership. Rest assured, we will only send you emails that are necessary and relevant to your circumstance.
How do I make sure I am earning my points? Make sure you are logged into your account every time you shop with us so the points are tracked directly to your account.
How will I know when I have a reward to spend? We will email you every time you have a reward that's ready to be redeemed! Keep a close eye on your inbox for these alerts.
How long does it take for my points to update after I make a purchase? The points you earn will appear in your account once your order has been fulfilled. Your points will then be approved for use 30 days after your order has been fulfilled.
Can the points I’ve earned expire? Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means that members who exceed this timeframe without earning or redeeming Very Important Parents points will lose their accrued point balance. Don't worry - we will send you email reminders ahead of any points expiring so that you have the opportunity to reactive your account and/or redeem your points.
What happens to my points if I receive a refund? If a past transaction is successfully refunded, either partially or in full, you will lose the points you had previously earned on the refunded products, and this will reflect accordingly in the 'Rewards’ sections in due course.
What is a referral? Riff Raff referrals encourage our valued customers to make word-of-mouth referrals in exchange for a reward coupon. The referral begins when you share your unique link with a friend. You'll find your unique link under "Ways to Earn" when logged in to your rewards account. Friends who click the link will be directed to our website where they will be greeted with a welcome message and a coupon code. As a Riff Raff advocate, you will then be rewarded for every successful referral.
What is considered a successful referral? A referral is only considered successful if it meets the following requirements:
The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend of $65 AUD in one transaction.
It must be the friend's first purchase on au.riffraffbaby.com.
The referred friend must use the reward coupon to complete their transaction.
The reward coupon is the only coupon being used in the transaction. If another coupon is applied on top of the reward coupon, the referral will not be successful.
The referred friend’s IP address and user profile that clicks on the referral link matches the IP address and user profile that completes the purchase.
Do I have to be a Very Important Parent member to send referrals? Referring customers will be able to earn rewards on successful referrals even if they are not Very Important Parents members, and existing members will be able to send referrals even if they are not logged into their account. However, we encourage all referring customers to create a account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referral history linked.
What if I already follow you on Instagram or Facebook? f this is the case, then we thank you. In order to now receive the points for either or both of these actions, we ask that you simply navigate to the "Way to Earn" section on our Loyalty Page and click "Complete Activity" on their tiles (‘Instagram Follow’ and ‘Facebook Page Like’). This will confirm the action and ensure it reflects in your account as points earned. For security reasons we are unable to carry this step out for you.
When can I exchange my points for rewards? When you reach 500 points, you will receive a $5 off reward coupon, when you reach 1000 points, you will receive a $10 off reward coupon, when you reach 1,500 points, you will receive a $15 off reward coupon and when you reach 2,000 points, you will receive a $20 off reward coupon. The more you do and spend, the more you earn, and the more you earn, the more you’re rewarded. It’s our way of thanking you for making Riff Raff a part of your bubbas journey.
How can I exchange my points for rewards? When you qualify for a reward coupon, you will be able to opt to redeem your reward upon checkout using the points slider tool.
When will I receive my Annual Birthday Reward? When logged into your rewards account, you can opt to redeem your rewards upon checkout. You will receive your Annual Birthday Reward on your actual birthday, except in cases where the birth date is within 30 days of when it was first entered. In such cases, we will give you the reward in a delay of 30 days from the date of entry. Please note that once you enter your birthday, you will not be able to change it. We look forward to helping you celebrate your special day.
What is Early Access to New Products & Offers? As a Tier 2 or Tier 3 member, you will have access to exclusive product promotions. These will take place throughout the year for a specific product or category of products, and when you purchase such a product during the event, you will receive a bonus point/points for each dollar spent on it. You will also receive exclusive 1st access to new product releases and be advised of these via email & social channels.
What currency are Very Important Parents reward coupons available in? At this stage, all rewards coupons are available in AUD only.
How can I receive points for product reviews with a video? Simply leave a video review for any product on our website to receive 100 points. Please include your rating, your feedback, your name, a short video and your email address. To receive this reward you must use the email address linked to your Riff Raff account.
I can't access my account, how do I sign in? To sign in on desktop, click the person icon in the top right hand corner of the main menu. Sign in with your email address and password. To sign in on mobile, click the main menu, scroll down and click “sign in”. Sign in with your email address and password.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it? On the account sign in page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email and we’ll send you an email with a link to update your password.
