ABOUT RARITIES
Our Riff Raff Rarities or collectors editions toys such as Rudi the Reindeer or Rainbow bunnies are available at a limited time of the year and until we sell out. Traditionally these releases sell out in a very short amount of time varying from under 15 minutes to 6 days. We encourage you to set your release day alarms.
Riff Raff Rarities are not permanent characters in our product range. If a Limited Edition toy is your first Riff Raff sleep toy and will become your little ones primary comfort pal, we recommend purchasing your back up toy at the same time as we will not have these available to access in the future.
Rarity releases often include limited edition personalisation colours. These colours are available on these characters only.
Wash Day plush only toys, books or other products are NOT released with Limited Edition toys.
RETURNS EXCHANGES
Requesting exchanges of orders made previously to the release of limited edition characters will not be honoured due to the limited number of Riff Raff rarities available. If you wish to secure a Rarity we suggest checking out with everybody else and organising a separate exchange.
Limited Edition toys are covered by a 12 month Warranty.
As per our change of mind policy, exchanges can only be made on non personalised unused products within 7 days of receiving .
Please enjoy shopping Rainbow Bunnies. Buy what you need and leave some for others. We are aware that many shop in bulk for their extended family members. What we do want to touch on is what happens after these are in the wild. We don't know the intention of the purchaser when they buy our products. For example, someone may buy 2 and decide to sell one. Someone may buy 5 and have specific family members for each. What we can say is due to the increase in fraud being committed amongst Buy Swap Sell groups, we encourage you to be wary of any post that has been shared of a rarity with an excessive price tag and report to the admins in the group. It is their responsibility to monitor the integrity of those groups and the posts that are approved in them.
Loyalty points can be redeemed on Rarity products and you can earn points towards your account. Other discount codes can be used on Collectors Limited Edition pals pending the parameters around the discount code.
Due to the permanent nature of personalisation, no exchanges or refunds will be offered on these items. Please see here for our Personalisation T&Cs and allow 14 business days between placing your order and shipping due to high demand and the process the toy undergoes
ONLINE REPRESENTATION
We endeavour to ensure that each of our pals is constructed to the highest standard and look as close to the online representation we make. However, due to the nature of plush toys each will look ever so slightly unique simply from the movement of the stuffing during shipping. We encourage you to give your pals a little smooshy love squeeze around the face, when they come straight out of the box to help bring their little personalities to life.
Our 2024 release of our Rainbow Bunnies features a change to their mouth seem under the nose and a thicker safety strap. We have shown this in our imagery online. The colours will be as close to previous years but will vary due to fabric for these toys being batched died.
Collector Editions also feature Kiko the Owl and Bao the Panda. Both of these characters were discontinued in 2019 and are no longer available to purchase.
